FSMS – Food Safety Management System
The Food Safety Management System (FSMS) (ISO 22000-2005) is a comprehensive set of controls designed to ensure that the food produced is safe to eat and poses no health risks. It necessitates adopting several food safety guidelines and standards, such as GMP, GHP, and HACCP.
GMP – Good Manufacturing Practices
It assures the quality of products is wholesome at all stages of production. It means that the processes used in production, processing, packing, transportation, and storage and the facilities and controls employed to comply with sound manufacturing principles defined by the Food Safety Policy and HACCP.
GHP – Good Hygienic Practices
GHP is critical for maintaining good health and preventing the spread of infectious and food-borne disorders. We export our products to many world regions while adhering to the quality standards specified by CODEX and EIC (Export Inspection Agency).
HACCP – Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point
It is a preventative strategy for food safety that ensures no contamination, including chemical, physical, and biological dangers. It is a globally established methodology that is now binding by the FSSAI in India.

In addition, we have established a well-equipped analytical laboratory on-site for quality testing of input, processes, and output. When raw materials arrive, they are tested chemically and microbiologically. Only when it passes our stringent quality control is it sent to the production department. Internal Process Quality Control is used to ensure careful quality control at each level of production (IPQC). When the finished product is complete, it is examined and tested to ensure that it satisfies high-quality requirements and is safe to consume.

We adopted Quality Circles, Quality Improvement Team (QIT), and Total Quality Management as a contract manufacturing unit of PPPL (TQM). We adopted 5S, a Japanese system for workplace organization, due to our constant drive to improve quality. 5S refers to a set of five disciplines for keeping a visually appealing workplace.
1) Seiri (Sort)
Only keep the necessary tools, parts, and supplies, and store or trash everything else.
2) Seiton (Straighten)
Everything should have a place, and everything should be in its place.
3) Seiso (Shine)
After each shift, the workspace should be cleaned, and everything put back in its place.
4) Seiketsu (Standardize)
Maintaining high models in every work practice and consistency in their application is what standardization entails.
5) Shitsuke (Sustain)
The fifth 'S' is about sustaining self-discipline in sticking to the new working style and constructively resolving any challenges. We have implemented these systems in both of our units. We have gradually
added other supporting activities such as training, CSR, visiting employees at their homes, infrastructure improvements, cultural programs, personal safety programs, food safety programs, motivational programs, environmental safety,
energy conservation, automation, autonomous maintenance, zero defects, cost reduction, and many others.
